Montana Gold has been my source for jacketed competition bullets. They have had nothing for a year plus.
Does anyone know of a cast bullet company actually working and shipping bullets now?

I think they are working, just selling more than they can produce.
When the buying frenzy started, cast bullet inventories got hit as quick & drained dry as the big name bullet mfrs. Something I really didn't expect. But it happened.
They have to play catch up same as everybody.

https://castboolits.gunloads.com/forum.phpBlue Bullets are using a type of Hytech coating. There are vendors on the website I linked to that sells HyTeck coated bullets at a fair price, I have bought some 45 pistil bullets and they shoot just fine with NO fouling issues.

I've ordered bullets recently from Oregon Trail Bullets (Bought Laser Cast/True Shot). Also, Montana Bullet Works; they had some issues last year, but are back up and running (Very high quality, but more $).

Now might not be the right time to learn how to make your own but once you get the stuff you will be set for life.
As for needing a lot of bullets just make them over several casting sessions and it's not so tiring.
And it is fun.
