I traded into a super Blackhawk in 454 casull. It came with a few factory casull rounds which I don't care I ever fire again. My load for my old Blackhawk in 45 colt was a 250gr kieth over 18gr of 2400. But that load fired through the casull is hitting way to the right. So far I had to adjust the rear sight almost all the way to one side. My question is would a heavier bullet shoot more true through the slower twist rate of the casull?

No.

Projectiles that are longer for caliber require faster twist to stabilize them. If you have a slow twist rate, start with lighter (shorter) projectiles.

EDITED TO ADD: Of course, finding an accurate load involves a myriad of variables. You asked only about twist, and I limited my response to that issue.

Twist rate is adequate in the Ruger.

I have had 2 Ruger single actions that shot to the right, front sight/barrel was not clocked to 12:00. Trip back to Ruger. You might want to look at it very carefully. Good luck, Jerry

Sounds like a grip issue to me, if you’re shooting way to the right. But I may be wrong.
