It is a mix of people fleeing from liberal disaster zones like California, Oregon and Washington. Plus the Californians push the Nevada folks further inland. All of it results in a massive growth in Idaho and Montana. They don't call it BozAngelas for no reason.

It technically can, but in checking the prices it made it so prohibitively expensive that it was not worth it for the buyer. I had my guy at the local UPS hub check on shipping a couple hundred rounds (it has to go ground) to some location and the shipping was 3X the price of the ammo. As much as I would be glad to do it, I want it to be a good deal for both parties. That is one of the reasons why I sell in 100 round quantities rather than 20 rounds. I sat down and figured out how to make things work that is reasonable, and that was where it started to make sense both ways. Higher volume, lower cost type deal. Based on the response, people seem to agree. I am usually waiting on components!
