Personally, with some long standing injuries and pain, just curious if anyone has tried this and had any success. I assume the most effective method is vaping it but I'm no expert. Hell, I've never even smoked weed in my life so I don't know what I'm talking about. Thanks in advance.

Tried CBD oil a couple months for back issues. A waste. I hear the real deal with THC actually works. Unfortunately the real deal if medically legal would be the scourge of this nation. Our children dropping like flies and young women deflowered to feed their habit. It’s best to stay with safe low risk prescription drugs like opioids, not some unproven old garden herb.

If it helps, great!
Kinda tired of all the hippies claiming it cures everything, but I've seen it help two good buddies.
One had leukemia and couldn't eat. Weed made him hungry and he said it helped. My guess is it prolonged his life 6 months or better.
The other has MS and his prostate doesn't work very good. We'd be out hunting and he'd wanna pull over so he could piss. It'd be 10 minutes and he'd get back in the truck all ticked off that he hadn't been able to go. Started smoking weed once a week or so and could piss kinda regular.
I'm kinda skeptical when I hear all the hype, but if it helps a guy why wouldn't you try it just to see?
My dogs love it when the neighbor gives them "special treats". They get all mellow and snore lots fwiw.
Screw you! I'm voting for Trump again!

My Son's, Mother in law is stricken with rheumatoid arthritis, she is around 75 and near bed ridden. I was surprised to learn she never took opiates, relying on cbd. Not sure what she takes, but I can find out for anyone that wants know.

I wish MaryJ would get off Schedule 1 to allow realistic medical trials of derivatives. Putting it in the same class as fentanyl and heroin is a bad joke. Whiskey is a lot closer to heroin than marijuana. Only reasons for the listing is misinformation and “Big Pharma”.

Honestly, anything is better than a opioid monkey, if weed or a derivative has potential then its worth a try. Its legal here.

I just put some CBD cream on10 minutes ago.You can get some with Capsacian (sp) in it for day time use and another for night time.I only use the night time on my hands and knees. No it doesn't cure anything, but takes the edge off the pain and lets you sleep better. I get mine from a Big R farm store, brand being called Ugly Butter. It works for me.

Ha ha, no comment on that. A lesser man might say, dude your ugly butter is working!

Wife tried it, dog tried, I tried it.
Didn’t do anything that Tylenol couldn’t do better for us 2 legged creatures.
Dog ended up getting Gabapentin and Codeine - he’s happier than we are.
YMMV

Smoke is a whole different thang. I’ve heard several people say it helps with pain, lack of desire to eat, and sleeping issues.

I tried CBD oil to relieve chronic back pain. It didn’t do anything for me and I tried several different brands.

My wife uses it. It's the kind of thing where she won't notice until she is out of it. She also says it makes mornings more tolerable for her back.

Honestly, anything is better than a opioid monkey, if weed or a derivative has potential then its worth a try. Its legal here. My wife was having severe back spasms a couple months back, even waking her through the night. No sleep does not make one happy and this was not getting better. She was going to get some of those hideous Flexerals (SP) but they turn you head to mush. I got her some 10 mg THC gummies. One about hr before bed. Problem solved for sleeping and eventually the back spasms subsided. CBD might have worked well for daytime use, but she just needed the sleep.
