I just found some Winchester red boxed small rife primers with a #41 marking.

I understand CCI has made #41s for years as a Mil-Spec primer fore the 5.56 cartridge but always thought of the as a “CCI Brand” like Remington 7 1/2s or Federal 205s. What am I missing??
