Here in Missouri, we have Easterns. 300,000+ of them, and 100,000 hunters kill about 50,000 birds per year. That "success" rate is why they call it hunting. I don't have time to travel, so Easterns are what I'll be hunting again this year, assuming I get to go at all.

If you don't have time to travel, you could pick WAY worse states to be from than Missouri. grin

I have some cousins in the Jefferson City, MO area and used to go there every spring chasin birds. Too bad my tick to turkey ratio was so high! Lol! Man, was I a tick magnet there, but the chiggers are worse!

Built in tick and bug repellant lasts about one wash. Total waste of money.

I picked up a Rhino Suit back then, man are those things tight! That's the idea behind them, they're SO tight, a tick can't crawl up on you. First time I put it on, and looked into a mirror, I could instantly tell I wasn't the physical specimen I used to be! Lol! In today's world, think a chick in yoga pants that shouldn't be in yoga pants! Haha! But it did, and does, work, no spraying anything.

I can't unsee that image of a "chick in yoga pants that shouldn't be in yoga pants" (see that all the time in Walmart, I try not to look up in that store) I just spray and call it good.

Another example of you not knowing what you are taking about.

These are standard camo pants and shirts by Underarmour with "No Fly Zone...active ingredient remains effective for 70 washings".

No treatment is recommended....I wore them all last spring and never had a tick on me.

I think you guys get dumber every time your finger hits the key board.

If you aren't getting ticks or fire ants or whatever through your magic anti-bug fairy dust sprinkled garmets, then you ain't spending as much time in the woods and you want all us to think.

I probably spend more time in a week than you do in an entire season.
