Yesterday I picked up what I believe is an all original Big Medicine -1926 Win 1895 TD in 405. Ser # dates her to 1926(barrel stamped 405 - 23 underneath). Bore is perfect and Blueing still covers bolt face. Shot very little. Has the crescent butt plate so I understand why it was not fired much! The thing that puzzles me is that it has the correct rear sight but the front sight says Lyman with a RED bead sight. Is this correct or special order? I can send pictures if anyone wants to post this awesome rifle just PM me. TY. Im not sure I want to fire this rifle either.

If it were me I would go to the WACA Forum, and post the question there as a guest.
