Website is still up and taking orders. In fact it comes up #2 in most google searches. Why hasn’t it been shut down?

Would a class action suit against the hosting company be viable?

Would a class action suit against the hosting company be viable? Go Daddy has deep pockets and have already said they were not responsible for how a website was used. So, unless we had deep pockets, it's not going to be worth trying. What might be worth trying is a local "on your side" news team that could bring local, regional and possibly national attention to the problem. It's just a matter of finding the right news team.

That's a great idea, I'd find a Saul Goodman type to put together a class action and be ready to jump in the next lull in the news cycle. Is there consumer protection law in TX? Does it pay treble damages and fees?

Not only are there also copyright issues with every company who's name he puts on his site, but he's representing himself as a bonified member if their dealer network. What have these companies done to stop him?

Many people, likely feel a sense of their vengeance has been paid by those who got ripped off. 🦫

Maybe. So we need to find a TV station in Houston (where he lives). That will have a friendly audience.

Website is not taking orders and Go Daddy doesn't care nor will close it. Eustice's dad is trying to pay off everyone who makes a known complaint so they can stick to the facade of his company being legitimate and not being able to ship because of Covid related logistical issues. That will likely be his argument in court. Hopefully his multitude of lawsuits, poor behavior, bond violations and other nefarious deeds will be enough for the judge to see through his bullshit and sentence him as a felon.

He was fuugging people before Covid came along. If his business were legit, he'd be having a huge warehouse of stuff that never got shipped. When the defense tries that narrative, all the prosecutor would have to ask for is a valid stock inventory. He ain't got it. Never did have it.

There are multitudes of E-commerce businesses that don't have physical warehouses or "in stock" inventory. These typically have your ordered fulfilled and shipped from a 3rd party and never actually possess the item at any time Ass-hats problem was he didn't complete the orders

"He'd be having a huge warehouse of stuff" BWHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA [Breath] BWHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA Hey, Dumbass. If you'd bothered to follow this case you'd see that even way back, some high end dealers pursued the insane criminal involved because he was defrauding people with selling their products without being an official dealer. Many outdoor related companies have strict dealer agreements that require inventory purchase, MSRP pricing, and are granted a license to use images and logos to sell their products. You CAN'T drop ship many of the items for sale on his website. They have to be stocked. That's one way he got in trouble. You are about as big a dumbass as Eustice is. Why don't you stick to the Campfire forum where your dumbassery is on display daily, and leave the grownups the forums below to carry on intelligent conversations without juvenile interruptions?
