The Steiner Predator 4 and the Ranger 4 are very similar. Different reticles and power availabilities, but other than that... I
believe that they are close to one in the same. The Ranger 4 ranked very highly (for it's price point) on an Optics Trade review (
https://www.optics-trade.eu/blog/the-ultimate-low-light-riflescope-buying-guide/) focusing primarily upon low light abilities. BobbyTomek on this forum (low light expert) has also spoken highly of the Ranger 4 scopes.
The glass seems to come in slightly above a Zeiss V4 from what I read. This is a good comparison article: (
https://rifles-scopes-expert.co.uk/zeiss-conquest-v4-3-12x56-vs-steiner-ranger-3-12x56/). Keep in mind... that was the original Ranger. The Ranger/Predator 4 are supposed to have even better coatings on them.
FYI: I spoke on the phone with a supervisor @ Steiner USA in Colorado. He stated that the Ranger 4 series is made in the US (CO) but ONLY sold in Europe. The Predator 4 series is made in Germany, but ONLY sold in the USA
Predator 4 = Lifetime Heritage Warranty
Ranger 4 = 10 year Warranty
He said that they actually have to have managerial approval to accept Ranger 4's back from US citizens for repair. But he said that usually, it is not an issue.
Hopefully, someone who owns all the scopes that you mentioned can weigh in; but in the meantime.... hope this helps a little
