What would be a reasonable asking price for a mint T/C Encore 209x50 Magnum stainless, synthetic muzzle loader? This is an older model, probably 20+ years.

It has been to the range once, never hunted, and there is not a mark or blemish on it. Bore is shinny like the day it was new. Gunbroker wasn't much help, most of the similar muzzle loaders were fluted barrels and camo stocks.

I don't really have a reliable price for you but if I personally saw it posted for over $600, it wouldn't gain any interest from me. Not something you can go by as I'm not interested at any price really. Be careful though as that gun is probably listed as a rifle according the the ATF. Not one you can mail to anybody like you can other muzzleloaders. Would have to go to their FFL for transfer.

Search the classified section for Encores. Frames alone have been bringing big bucks.

Yes it is, because you can switch barrels to a centerfire rifle. I have no idea on the value, but if you're patient and find the guy who wants it I think Justa is about right.

Thanks for the replies. Sold yesterday for $1000. A package of sorts. Plan jane 2-7 Leupold scope, powder, sabots, bullets and some accessories.
