Germans have a real hypersensitivity to symbolism going back to the Nazi era. Immediately following WW II, the country had an official policy of de-nazification that included a ban on the swastika and all Nazi era symbols. The ban was no joke.
This is just part of that.
Might add the US was big on enforcing that in our Zone of occupation.

There are "Z's" and there are "NAZI's".
I would not buy something that runs on any kind of primer given the possibility of primer shortages and even regulations. In fact, why not buy a flintlock? Really. Rocks aren't going away anytime soon.

Well does anyone remember "V is for Vendetta"? We can keep this going R is for racism.....W is clearly for White Supremecy.
Personally I think we should outlaw the entire alphabet and all the words and any sounds other than primative grunting sounds. The rest of us can do viking war chants and primal screams once it finally tips over.
