Anybody have experience with the 25 Caliber 110 Grain ELDX, particularly at the speed of a 257 WBY or 25-06? How did it perform? At what distance, etc?
Nope. I load the 110 gr. NAB to 3000 fps in the Roberts, but if Nosler doesn't get on the stick soon and offer up some more, I'm perfectly happy to switch to the ELD-X...
It's you and the bullet, and all the rest is secondary.
Not at the velocity those two deliver, but at 2950 out of my 250AI, three deer from 110 to 220yrds were DRT in Kansas this past Dec. I place my shots carefully, but was very happy with the bullet. Didn`t recover any.
