I stocked up (or so I thought) when COVID kicked off, but I haven't seen any since the beginning of the Pandemic. Has anyone even seen it since then (aside from the absurd $450 listings on Gunbroker)? Is it gone forever? I have plenty of Varget, but I really need some more 8208 for my .308 Win.

It shows up on powder valley’s website from time to time. Gotta be quick on the stick to get any though.

It shows up on powder valley’s website from time to time. Gotta be quick on the stick to get any though. They had some Wednesday or Thursday last week, but like you said, gotta have a quick hand, because it sold out fast.

I’ve gotten 2# twice off brownells (max order qty is two) in the last few weeks. Expensive, works out to $53.50/lb with shipping and hazmat. Usually check one their website sometime in the morning and got lucky I guess. Wish I could find alliant powders.

Usually check one their website sometime in the morning and got lucky I guess. Wish I could find alliant powders. PV has had some Alliant a few times lately. I picked up a pound of R15 when I was getting some other stuff a few weeks ago. I was too slow and missed some 2400 last week. I had gotten dangerously low on that and hadn't realized it.

I just bought some 8208XBR the other day locally. The LGS had some, so keep your eyes out, that is a good sign anyway. I also saw some H4350 on the shelf too, but I had just bought some of that at Midsouth a week ago or I would have snagged some of that too!!!!
I try to stick with the basics, they do so well. Nothing fancy mind you, just plain jane will get it done with style. You want to see an animal drop right now? Shoot him in the ear hole. BSA MAGA
