She got me a Wustoff. Sharpest knife I’ve ever seen, and I’ve seen a few. Got a Rapala folder I’ve had for years, but doesn’t take an edge well or hold one long. Mathew 22: 37-39

Katon has some great prices on pro grade/resturant stuff. https://www.katom.com I rarely need a filet anymore... I smoke most of my smaller fish... or deal with large fish/game mostly. Victorinox wavy is my carry knife for hunting (insanely sharp). Also easy to sharpen a single hone wavy on the back flat. Dexter is much cheaper, but still a fair knife for a 1/2 dozen tuna or such. Good knives? KaTom has a huge selection. If you are not actively engaging EVERY enemy you encounter... you are allowing another to fight for you... and that is cowardice... plain and simple.
