Anyone running one of these or have a chance for some range time with it? Looking for a compact 10mm for hiking predator country in an HPG kit bag. Reliability is #1 priority.

I've got one I recently completed 200gr load development for, getting 1150 with WFNs from Montana Bullet Works and A-Frames. Accuracy is about 1.5-2" for five rounds at 25 yards. It's had no hiccups. Seems like a good pistol.

If I was in the market for a 10mm for hiking with a HPG kit bag I'd get the Sig 320 XTEN.

I wouldn't give up sight radius, capacity, or grip to save five ounces. It also comes with tritiums and holds more bullets.

Just a thought.

I have the full size XDM- Elite 5.25" barrel with 10 15 round magazines. Accurate and reliable. The P320 would also be an excellent choice.

I got banned on another web site for a debate that happened on this site. That's a first

The gunshop had removed the magwell attachment for the 3.8 after finding everyone preferred the grip without it. The Springfield 15 round mags can be had with a sleeve that matches the grip so in effect you get a bigger grip and more capacity if you so desire. I've not tried that yet.
