Hey All,
Looking at a mentioned Brown Hunter in 375 H/H...
It’s built on a B prefix Remington 700. Question is did they convert them over to controlled round feed?

They also built them on model 70s, so if you wanted CRF this was the way to go.

That’s why I’m confused. The one I was looking at is converted to CRF. Everything else is spot on for description on Brown’s website.

I saw a used one in a shop years ago that had been converted to CRF by Sterling Davenport after it left Brown. Maybe it’s the same rifle

Well it didn’t last long...sold in 3 days for the full asking price.
I should’ve jumped on it when I saw it. $1499 was the consignment price. New they’re $5600 on the M700 action. Oh well....
