I buy a fair amount on other sites too, and I will say this, 24hour has less scammers than others, I think.  Seriously, put a WTB ad on another forum and see for yourselves. My belief is this Classified site gets way more activity by members than others, so scammers are quickly ferreted out. Not scientific by any means, but that's my theory.

The best thing Rick did is impose the pm rule for new members. Before that, scammers did not have to post a message in the ad, they could secretely pm and scam without the regular membership seeing what was about to happen.
