Excellent condition with hardly a mark on it. I purchased it from the original owner who put a box through it. The cross-bolt safety has been taken out and replaced with a saddle ring. The saddle ring can be replaced back to the safety if desired. Octogon barrel with original sights as well as a Skinner peep sight installed. The lever is very smooth. Also included is a sling that wraps around the buttstock and does not require any drilling into the stock. This is a newer Marlin made in Ilion, NY. Looking to sell for $1275 shipped.
