Stevens 200 recoil pad replacement?
Good morning! Recently picked up a Stevens model 200 had it painted pink and plan to let my kiddos mess around with it. Upon receiving the gun noticed the recoil pad is half an inch and pretty rock solid! Been searching around a little bit, seems like most replacements are “grind to fit“ but I don’t have a grinder and don’t wanna spend the money on a grinder on a $200 gun. Anybody know where I can pick up a nice soft 1 inch recoil pad that I can just slap on there? My local gunsmith said he could do it for 120 bucks. I don’t want to spend that much money on a $200 gun.
Suggestions are welcome!
Dave

You might want to call Hoque, I think the pads that fit a Sav 10/110 will work from what I've read. I have some Sav and Stevens stocks and other than the color grey vs black they seem the same.
After the first shot the rest are just noise.
