As I requested (with courtesy) anyone wishing details should PM me with their email address so I can send prices and pictures.
A dozen have so far, so most members appear to be able to comprehend the request.
Those who asked and received and wish to buy are requested to post an "I will take it."
I hope this helps you understand.
If you have no interest, may I ask that you not clutter up the thread with extraneous comments ?
Thank You.
You say a dozen have responded so far. You have no idea how many more response's you would get from people who are interested If you would post the prices. Many people, me included, just move on when prices are absent from a classified add. Its just normal practice.
Campers beware. He's been a member for 2 weeks regardless of post count. Can't seem to follow the rules and is belligerent. Red flags are waving. Proceed at your own risk.
I beg to differ, sir. You have entered our sandbox. We don't have a lot of rules here, but a couple of gentlemanly rules we tend to follow are 1) post prices, and 2) be honest and transparent about your offerings for sale. Trust is required for deals to happen here, and you've done absolutely zero to earn our trust. In fact, your arrogance is offensive, and creates trust concerns. Frankly, you might consider another forum to pedal your wares.

I asked if he would ship to me first (the B&L scope) and I would then pay or ship back at my expense. I told him he could ask for references on me here in the classifieds. Since someone has to be the trusting soul in the transaction I thought it would be a nice gesture of good faith on his end since he is new and ship it to me first. With 100 post in 7 or 8 days I am a little leery to send cash first.
Is it common on this site to send items to buyers without payment ?
Just curious.
If so, I've seen many items I'd like to examine.
I have done it before to long time members. Most are stand up guys on here.

We tend to TRY to be Gentlemen here and our word means a lot. As a new seller and member you may want to revise your tactics. I have sold a thing or two on here and sometimes you need to pay the price of admission.
I personally have a a number of occasions sent things (including a rifle once) to upstanding members here that I trust. We don’t know you but you expect us to trust you. Why can’t you trust us first. It just seems a bit off, at least to me, so I’m going to error on the side of caution.
For what it’s worth I would send 160user anything in my collection free of charge for him to inspect. I’m “fairly” new here as well, but it does not take long to figure out who the good guys and bad guys are. Would be interested in one of your scopes but not enough to jump through hoops to find out how interested I am.

Yep. I would also do so for the majority of the members on this thread.
Not to mention, how many times items are sent either prior to receiving payment or prior to payment clearing account. The verbal/digital handshake thru a PM.
