I am in the serious thinking stage about getting a GSP, but there are no breeders listed in Colorado (that I have found so far). I see there are a lot of breeders in OR and ID. Does anyone have any personal knowledge of any of them? tom

There are a lot of good breeders in the states around you. Steve Lithgow at Waycool Kennels in New Mexico and Terry Chandler at Rugerheim Kennels. Clay Brown at Lehmschlog Kennels in Selah, WA. Dan Hoke in Washington or Oregon. John Rabidou at Uodibar Kennels and Ronnie Sale at Freeflight Kennels in Texas. Keith and Robbi Gulledge at Blue Dawn Kennels in Eureka, KS. Jeff Wallace at Cajun Kennels in Knoxville, IA. I recommend any and all of these folks. I have phone numbers for all of them and most have websites if interested. I own dogs from Ronnie Sale, Jeff Wallace, Clay Brown, and Jim Smith with J&K Kennels in Houston and I recommend all of them. I just don't know of anyone to recommend in Colorado. I just got a puppy from Clay Brown and I am very happy with her.
There are a lot of claims made in magazines and websites. Some true, some not. The above breeders stand behind their dogs and are most reputable.
let me know via e-mail if I can help put you in touch with any of them.
