They're releasing a guy who kidnapped at gunpoint a teenage girl/young woman (18? 19?) and held her for sex.
DA here did everything she could, petitions to the parole board circulated outside the grocery stores even, to no avail. The whole county was basically against it.
But, he's being released in the Sacramento area. I bet he might end up in a hot spring if he was released around here.

This is difficult to swallow. "Each was given 27 sentences of seven years to life in prison -- without the possibility of parole.

They did all sorts of life long harm to those kids.
This is why the death penalty should be mandatory in all states, in such crimes as these, against children in particular.....An open public execution. Yeah [bleep] that guy. Should of dirtnapped him a long time ago for sure. Can you imagine if your kid went missing only to find out they had to dig there way out of a buried trailer for 36 hours with a bunch of their classmates? These judges are pathetic.
I bet if they let him out one of them kids he buried will revisit him as an adult and send him on his way.

Parole isn’t paradise for a 70 year old with no money, pension, or even social security. His life will be much harder on the outside. Inside, all meals, medical care, etc were provided
My biggest fear is when I die my wife will sell my guns for what I told her they cost.
