I’m in Flagstaff this weekend with my oldest daughter
It’s 89 outside!

8500 ft up, west of the cesspool that is Denver. Just plain hot. For up here it means 85+  hotter'n I remember it getting even in the middle 1990's. It cools off at night but dayom, might have to get a swamp cooler next year.

We've ran the swamp cooler more this year than since we've had it. It was a nice cool and wet spring, but summer came with a vengeance. Normally we shut the swamp cooler off at 8 or 9. This July and August it has been more like 3am when I wake up cold. I can keep it off until about 3 pm, then it goes back on.

105 and 35% humidity here today. It sucks. Was on a fishing boat out of Long Beach yesterday and it was 85. Quite a difference.

Here in the Salt Lake valley (actually in Ogden) my weather station shows 100 even and 8% RH. I grilled a steak on the deck an hour ago, and the grill - sitting in full sun - was too hot to touch BEFORE I lit it.
