You have to check the list to see if your model is resoleable, many aren't.

Did it awhile back you will need to contact them ..
They will ask to see pictures of your Boots
They will issue a RMA and it cost me 110.00.

They did a great job and replaced the Lace Hooks that were Broken..

Mine are a Rare Pair of Wide US that’s why I did it ..

Look like new and fast turn around.

I had not checked, my boot isn't on the list, it's a Banff, glad you posted this.
The soles look just like many of the boots that can be re-soled.

BakerShoe is where I bought them, the soles crumbled off in no time at all. Like wearing them 4-5 times on bush-hogged sandy ground in Florida. I just tossed them in the box and chalked it up to more schitty luck.

I read another thread where members here said they had Lowa's that did the same thing. One guys new boot soles were gone in one day while breaking them in.
