No, I don't think we have production numbers for any of the main Savage 99 models. And both 99F's were made for about 20 years each, that'd be a lot of ledgers to dig through.

Hanco's 99F statement, we could probably get close on the 900,000 99F's... 99EG's and 99R's, also in that range.
800,000 serial range rifles.

The premil 99F's would just be a guess, but we'd probably not be too far off. For that matter we could guess at EG's and R's from after WW2 also, and probably not be too far off. But, they'd be estimates.
I've never counted the 800k series as a variation, because there's nothing different about them. But we definitely know how many there were.
