Always wanted a double barrel, but I'd have a thousand guns if I had everything I 'wanted'.

Well the coach gun arrived tonight, they called it 8/10, it looks more like 10/10, will be interesting to pull the trigger on it.

You didn’t win a dang thing. You thought it was worth more than anyone else and had to pay the piper

Partsman;
Good evening my neighbor to the north, it's good to see you keeping the economy going as well as firearms transactions.

While I'm not sure who made your IGA, I'll pass along this tale of woe briefly.

Once upon a time before I completely converted to pump guns, I had a 12 gauge Stevens SXS hammer gun with 20" barrels and decided that I needed a 3" 12 gauge.

Somewhere and somehow I came up with a Boito made in Brazil SXS with that option.

Down to the range I went and never being accused of being the sharpest knife in the drawer, I loaded both tubes with whatever odd shells I'd brought along.

It was a double trigger as I recall too Parts, and when I touched off the back trigger, I thought to myself, "Wow that's a substantial kick" and it felt odd too.

Of course both barrels went off and this thing did it with either barrel, so it was consistent, I'll give it that.

Now it was used and only the Good Lord knows who'd done what to the triggers as they were both pretty light when I got it Partsman, but they weren't when I was done with it.

That said, when I was done with it, it'd only fire one barrel at a time - there is that.

Therein ends my tale of the doubling double gun sir.

All the best to you all and good hunting if you get that thing out for grouse.

Dwayne

Sort of like a college football NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP.

The win is in the mind of the beholden. smile

we don't know what he paid for it- and I like the looks of the gun, but then I'm a sucker for SXS.
