Tell me about those burgers brother paul? Jalapenos? Jud, the green you see in the raw burger, is chopped spinach. Deb uses it as a binder for these burgers, as Megan is allergic to egg. However, there is also a bunch of red pepper flakes in there, so they do have a good "bite". I'll see if I can get the ingredient list she uses. Honestly, since doing them this way, wouldn't go back to egg & bread crumbs ! They are always juicy & flavourful.
