Downsizing and too many scopes. Schmidt & Bender 1.5x6x42 German Reticle 1, variable style with the tapered posts, not Nazi style, and excellent for speed onto target).
It has spent most of its life on 3 different 375's but has been used on other rifles. It is used and it shows. Scope marks and other undesirable marks. Looks ok 5 feet away, up close it is clearly a used scope. The last 375 it was on it functioned fine. That was a couple of years ago and it has been in the safe. I expect it is in excellent operational condition.
I would like to trade this for something I can use like stuff I need to finish 3 rifle projects, sights, triggers, gun cases, and anything else interesting. I can really use an ARMS #18 Steel scope mount for the M1A.
I would guess the value of this around $450-500 due to cosmetic issues and looking for that in trade goods.
A nice, well broken in leather scabbard properly setup for horse/saddle use, for a scoped rifle or non-scoped lever carbine would also be something I could use.
