Especially since the right to vote is just that - you have the right to but if it's not mandatory, then the "vote" is to get up and go in. "Busy that day"- well you had the right to vote but determined that something else was more important. Not my (the .gov's) problem.

I am ok with mail in ballots BUT they must be hand delivered to the court house between October 15th and election day. To have them accepted, you must present a current photo ID.
