FYI, I sent one of these to B&L(Bushnell) a few years back and they completely went through it, cleaned it, and sent it back looking amazing. I told them to bill me. No charge. Might help you sell this.

I hunted with this in the late 60s and early 70s mounted on a Winny 88. These scopes were the Mercedes Benz scopes of that era...way ahead of their time, and still very good.

This is the 1st model of the Rochester NY made BalVar 8.
These are bullet proof scopes that were among the most expensive made.
1st focal plane with no places for leakage.
B&L mounts were functional but ugly. A Buehler Micro Dial looks much better.

I’ll take it for $80.00.
