Here’s you chance Wabigoon- you like cowboys and chit. Maybe he’ll tuck you in with a “nice” Footprints in the Sand meme or maybe he’ll explain the Legend of the Wood or even yet, The Doves onside the San Dollar

There are some fine ones taken on private land. Never saw one better than decent on public, not to say they never are there.

I prefer mine with spots and shot off the teat. Great odds there would be no "gamey" flavor to the meat then. I know one thing...................they're fair game when the Zombie Pockalips hits as all bets and rules are off then!

I don't think I have a 150 in the bunch, but I like 'em all. Have shot plenty more than this (and does), these ones are the ones worth hanging.

This is the buck I shot opening day. I've been seeing him and hoped he would stop by my stand early in the rut. He did. He didn't quite make 150...sometimes you shoot what needs to be shot.

Yep. It's Jason. Here's another of his suckpuppets where he dwells in proof... You're a pathological liar, and I have proven it with my postings.
You refuse to post any hard proof I'm that jason person in diapers you have everyone now believing on this site I am which makes you a pathological liar, being you have proven through your actions you have zero proof to support your lying mouth.
You need to be committed and put where you belong, in a Psych hospital.

Nice deer, ugly rack Exactly! If I waited for a 150 class buck, there would be no point in carrying a rifle. By taking mature bucks, like this one, out of the breading population our bucks are improving. It's still hard when you have neighbors that will shoot any young buck that comes along.

In my area of Minnesota 150" bucks are fairly rare.
My best buck is 151. Traditional archery only.

Age the old buck if you can. Don’t matter how many horns, if you’re able to shoot 4 yo and up bucks you’re doing something right. I’ve taken 1 buck at home in Alabama that was 7+ according to the taxidermist. He wouldn’t have made Pope & Young. Shot a big bodied 9pt here in NC that weighed 205 and was 7+. Wouldn’t score well at all. Got another big body this year, 210 lbs, 7 pt that probably wouldn’t score over 100 gross. Getting a skull mount and will check with the taxidermist on age when I pick it up. Happy, happy, happy.

I don't shoot bucks under about 150". What do you guys shoot? 150 inches of what? I have not met very many guys who are rack/size obsessed. Most just like to be good successful hunters. Having been doing it since 1962, I have never scored a rack - ever - and there are a few here that someone can score if he wishes. Never weighed a deer either, until I got talked into paying 50c to enter a big deer contest (1976) where I bought my tag. It was a decent move - later brought in a Muley that weighed 210 with the hide off, head off, and legs cut off at the knees so I cold get it into the camper. Won a new Model 70 in 7mm Mag and promptly sold it. Have not entered such a contest or weighed one since. Different strokes.
