It’s not the proposed pistol brace rules that are the problem. It’s the idea that there is something called an SBR that is illegal that’s the real problem.

I have a copy of a letter from the ATF.gov guys that says the brace is perfectly legal.
The letter was written after the NFA was made law.
The real problem is, they said "OK", milllions of 'Murkans invested in what the .gov nitwits said was legal, and now are being told they are screwed, again, without compensation.

True. The entire NFA needs to be deemed by the Supreme Court a violation of the Second Amendment. It would be nice if Thomas ended his ruling with, "What about 'shall not be infringed' doesn't Congress understand?"

I'd rather congress do away with the NFA.
