So I have the flu for the first time in many years, and bought the paste, but the tube only lists by animal weight and not mg per dose. 91mcg per lb.,, or 200 mcg per KG for horses, and FLCCC recomends .4-.6mg per lb. for humans, so I assume that I'll use just over half the weight listed on this tube for myself. Does this sound right? TIA

I'd follow FLCCC's directions, but keep in mind that you could take the .91mg/lb without problems too.

Ivermectin is safer than Tylenol.

Use the same dosage as you'd use for a horse. Set the plunger for your weight like you would for a colt. If you're between notches on the plunger, go to the next one heavier. It won't hurt you a bit.

I hadn't heard of the FLCCC before. I had to look them up. They might be right about the dosage. It's just that since this BS began, the recommendation for horse paste has been the same as for horses. It's labeled for a wormer. Possibly it doesn't take that much to fight off a virus.

Yes, recommended doses vary for different situations, and the dose for COVID is somewhere in the middle in terms of dose strength.

I miss calculated that. 91mcg is only .091 ml per lb. so it's actually about 4-6 times what the horse dosage is? This is confusing and my math doesn't work so well currently.

On my paste, one notch is 50 pounds. I put tape 4 notches down and squeeze out a dose. That way it is easier to dose.
I think it helped me when I had it last year.

I was going to get the liquid as it's much cheaper, but I read that you shouldn't consume it orally, and I don't feel like giving myself a shot.

My pcp, who I deal with socially, told me since the cdc published something which alluded to ivermectin being acceptable now, he'll gladly prescribe the pill form. Ymmv

Without doing the math on your tubes, the tubes I've bought all dose at 0.2 mg/kg of bodyweight. If you want 0.4, then take a double dose by weight. If you want to reach acute toxicity, then you need to down 10-15 tubes at once depending on your bodyweight.

Shouldn't that be .091 mg instead of ml? According to your original post, horse dose is 91 mcg per pound. This = .091 mg per pound. If FLCCC recommendation is .5 mg per pound, then this is over 5 times the horse dosage. Doesn't seem right. I don't have the paste or the FLCCC page in front of me, so I can't verify the recommended dosages. The math isn't hard IF you have the right numbers and units of measure.

It is normal for me to say something isn't hard and then screw it up, however. laugh

Just swallow a glob the size of a marble

It’s not that technical

It’s been discussed on here a gazzzzillionfücking times

And to RockChuck not ever hearing of FLCCC, you probably are completely aloof to AFLD too.

I was in Panama last summer, I was deathly ill for five days with no signs of progress, my GF went to the local pharmacy and got a dose (two pills) of anti-parasitic meds, I was in recovery in hours and full recovery in 24 hours, I'm a believer!

Total BS. I’ve been taking the 1% since this whole Covid crap started. Shoot it in a glass of water and be done with it.

Trying to figure out a dosage from the paste label can be confusing. It'll say 91 mcg. That's MICROGRAM, not MILLIGRAM. There are 1000 mcg's in a mg. Just go by weight and don't try to get too technical.

How is it confusing??????

It has a weight graduation indicator on the plunger. If you weigh 250 lbs, dial that notch into the plunger setting.

FLCC recommends .4 to .6 mg/KG not per POUND.
