The end of my Lee powder funnel hits the case (6.5 PRC) before the case mouth makes contact, resulting in spillage. What are you using for fat cases?

I used a tubing cutter and cut the head off of a 22-250 case. The neck fits into the 6.5PRC neck and has enough length that the funnel won't hit the shoulder of the PRC case.

I try to stick with the basics, they do so well. Nothing fancy mind you, just plain jane will get it done with style. You want to see an animal drop right now? Shoot him in the ear hole. BSA MAGA

Cheap plastic funnel and sand the end down until it doesn’t hit the case.

I was having issues with a 300 wsm case. Bought a caliber specific funnel off ebay that works well on all 308 caliber cartridges.

My standard RCBS funnel works fine for everything I load, including 6.5 PRC.

I've done this in the past..... or for like a Weatherby 300 Mag and up... Went down to NAPA and bought an ATF Funnel... also works great for a drop tube funnel also... you can pick them up cheaper at Walmart tho....

Same as Hanco,
I drilled out my RCBS funnel and cut it shorter. I load for .270 WSM.
Take a yellow paint pen and marked it as "LARGE" and painted stripes on it. Easy to see and identify on the bench. Now 300 win mag and down has funnel.
Hope this helps.
Best HeavyDove.

Best HeavyDove. Took a couple minutes to ream it out, forgot I had to cut it off a touch too.

The Satern funnels work great with my 300 WSM and 6.5 WSM, and are not staticky.
