I was taking a multivitamin, the switched over to individual ones like C, D, magnesium glycinate, B complex that gives me insomnia and thinking of taking a Vitamin K2.

What works for you?

I'm taking C, D3, Magnesium and Zinc. These do seem to be helping with colds and such.

Just a standard multi vitamin. Over 50 type. Can't swear it helps, but sure turns my pee yellow!!

I find that Lysergic acid in blotter form before bed helps with my insomnia!

I eat a healthy diet including vegetables. I do supplement vitamin D. I periodically get my D blood work done.

D3, C.... started them when covid started. And zinc if I feel a sniffle coming on.

A chewable multi vitamin I picked up at Walmart, Airborne, and sometimes vitamin D. Thanks for reminding me about those.
