The loaded ammo seems to get some decent reviews. I guess it comes down to what you want to use it for. It isn't a brand everyone has experience with and folks aren't searching for it so it probably is run of the mill brass. If you can get it cheap or it is a caliber you can't find elsewhere it will work for you.
I use a bunch of range brass so I get a lot of different stuff, unless it was treated poorly it all works after prepping it properly.
After the first shot the rest are just noise.
