In 2020 my ball joints on my 2007 Ram 2500 4x4 5.9 Cummins needed replaced. I bought the below set for $800, I didn't go cheap, and thieir products came highly recommended from a friend who is "in the know". I had them installed by my mechanic as I don't have the knowledge or tools to do this.

They are "rebuildable", however a kit is well over $200, and I personally believe this is completely unsatisfactory performance from a high end part.
In that time, the truck has been driven less than 15,000 miles, off-roading time has been minimal and has towed my toyhauler less than 2,000 miles.
When I contacted Dynatrac they were less than helpful. When I expressed my thoughts on their product needing repaired in under 15,000 miles they really were less than helpful. I was offered a minimal discount (not even enough to cover the tax), and basically told go about my day when I said that was unacceptable customer service.
As of my last email, proclaiming my discontent, I have not heard a response.
Do with this information as you wish, but I am a unsatisfied customer and I will not be buying their products again.
