Howdy from Manitoba! Ruffed and Sharptail grouse, ducks, geese, and just in the last few years deer. I use a number of tools; 12s and 20s, double, pumps, autos, depending on the task at hand. Women buy shoes, men buy guns. And for deer I have a vintage 6.5 Swedish Mauser with a little custom work done on it, and a beautiful Timney trigger.
Greeting from Alberta, where liberals are so rare that we put up road signs to identify as to where they live. See attachment. I hunt a lot of big game, moose/deer/elk/antelope/bear/coyote and also quite a bit of pheasants and ducks. My favourite rifles are a Reminton 700KS in .338 for the big ones, a .270 Rem. KS for deer and a Sako Manlicher .308 for deer when pushing bush /posting is done. I hunt pheasants with a 12 Ga. Sauer SxS, ducks with a Beretta AL390.
