Hey guys. I just dropped by to say hello. I haven't posted in a couple years, maybe more. You may remember me as the guy who lost all that weight. When I turned 50, I weighed 360lbs or there abouts. I lost down to my lowest of 170lbs in less than 2 years by nothing but diet and exercise. I'm 54 now and 195 lbs. at 6'2" tall. Yea, the stress of the new world caused me to gain a little, but I've got it under control now by mostly cutting back on red wine except once a week or less. I've had a few injuries and ills, but that's life.
Anyway, I'll be posting on some of your threads again and I wanted to say hello first.
I guess I'm back to post 1 again.

RHCLark: Back at ya with the greetings - bottom line (if I believe the current crop of "Doctors" and so called "medical experts"!) is you are gonna live longer having lost all those extra pounds!

Different Fire, sure. I'm amazed at how fast the whole world has changed in just a few years. Possibly it's been changing just as radically my whole life and I just didn't know it as fast as today, communication being instant now more than ever. Exciting times for sure.

Good to see all the familiar names. I just took a break from most social media. I was spending way too much time on it before. I'm still in Alabama and all the Immedient family is doing well.
