Anyone know any thing about “Kars for Kids. I have no intention of donating to them. They must have a huge marketing budgets as they frequently have ads on tv and radio in the Minneapolis area.

Do you really need to know anything else? Ditto for "Wounded Warriors" and "Tunnel to Towers"! Bunch of parasites who are mostly interested in lining their own pockets.

I know I’m SICK of that radio spot. It plays on our conservative talk station every break.

Kars for kids has been investigated I read, not a lot of proceeds going to kids.
Check the ownership.

Tried to donate a couple of bear hunts to wounded warriors at my camp in northern MN. I offered to cover all costs, remodel the place for handicap etc. I was asked to give thousands on top of all that to them for their organization. I questioned it, they said the exposure would garner me way more than my cash donation.
At that point I said I did not want exposure at all, I just wanted to give two good vets a great hunt.
I never heard from them again.

Yeah, the commercial is like fingernails on a chalkboard. I turn to another station to avoid it.

I turn that schit off as soon as their commercials come on.

They take donations from all people and spend the money only on jewish children and not much percentage-wise, much like the international fellowship of Christians and jews which garners donations from Christians or anyone.... and only provides assistance to jews, a classic shtick...

That chit is sorted: clothes, shoes, purses and the rest sent to the dump.
It sorted again by gender and size and shipped to the Philippines and sold on the market retail there $1-$2 per item.

Their commercials sound like they're voiced by pedo's.

I tried donating a high mileage Camry years ago around Christmas. It ran and had the title and they refused my donation. That was it for me. Now that I know better I'd give one to the struggling single mother type at the local truck stop before I'd call any "charity" again.

Years ago an old lady in our church died. In her will, she donated her car to the church to be given to a deserving teen. It was awarded to the daughter of my hunting buddy. It was an old Ford Maverick and it was a wreck. Before he was done making it drivable, it cost him a lot more than just buying her a decent older car off a lot and she still didn't have a decent car.

Every time it comes on the radio I hit the channel change button as fast as I can. Otherwise I'll find myself with the grating jingle as a brain worm.
