Don’t care what they make one way or other. I got enough .30 US Army, .35 WCF, .32 WCF, and .30 WCF to last the rest of my life!! Might have to steal some of that 30-40 Krag Ammo from ya, Bob. 😬 I’ve been thinking about getting the unaltered Krag Carbine out of the safe I bought for Dad 30 years ago and see how it shoots. He never shot it. Haven’t seen any ammo for it in this area in a long time. And I can’t find the box of ammo I gave him with it. That .30 Army ammo is pretty pricey there Neal! 🤣 Yeah, it is. Krag rifle was the nice prize at one of our early PD shoots, at Ed's place in Gilmer (Thanks again, Butch), and it came with some really old ammo. So far, I have not been able to pull those very tightly set bullets via normal means and need to get back on that project. Did find some good brass in Alb thanks to Ron Peterson and his storehouse, and then located a nice set of RCBS dies. If I can get all of that loaded, I may not have to beg kaywoodie to sell me some ammo. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

The amount of people looking for .405 Winchester ammo and components is way up. Tons of new rifles to be had. Where’s the ammo?

I found this spent cartridge in a natural elevated rock blind I wondered upon while hunting in the mountains. It was a perfect perch to remain hidden above the game trail and ambush an elk. I’m assuming this was a popular chambering in it’s day, worthy of taking large game.

I wish Remington would make a Model 7 in 250 Savage and Marlin would make a 336 in 25-35 and a 1894 in 25-20. I would be writing checks yesterday.

Herters 401 Power Mag, but in .400" diameter, not .403"
Tony That would be cool. But then again, maybe just a cult following would show up. The .41 Mag sucked all the oxygen outa that room. I'd want one to play with, though.

GreggH Marlin is not making anything anymore. It would half to be a Ruger 336. So I seriously doubt you will ever see one in 25-20. Ruger can’t keep up with there own line of Blackhawks in even the common calibers. Seems they’re much more interested in making plastic guns nowadays than anything else.

I shoot several rifles that are chambered for cartridges that have gotten hard to find. I don't care if they don't make the rifles anymore but some ammo for existing rifles would be nice. I'd like to see some ammo made for the following: 35 Remington 356 Winchester 284 Winchester 25/20 Winchester 35 WCF

Guess Im an odd fellow. Seems I have a gun or 2 in about every caliber mentioned above. Back before ammo became ridiculous to find and as expensive as gold I would buy any odd caliber ammo I found marked down. Old dusty boxes of obscure ammo found a home at my house. Often times I would later find a deal on a gun in that caliber. If I could only find a nice 1886 in .33 Winchester I would have something to shoot the couple of boxes of ammo I have. Lol

Would enough people buy them ??? I remember the Ruger #3 in 22Hornet, 30/40 Krag , 375 Win sitting on the close out shelf. I love my 375 Marlin, underrated , should be a popular choice for the straight wall states. Have had some impressive 1 shot kills with the 250sav. 99. Always wanted the 6.5x54. Rescuing abused guns in the classic calibers may be the future as the big companies will never bring them back.

The problem is with the regs in a lot of the straight wall states also limit case length. So for example in Michigan the 375win doesn't meet the criteria

I'd like to see a few lever or pump rifles, as well as revolvers, in 38 WCF. I'd REALLY like to see more brass available for the large number 38 WCFs already out there.

This....only with a twist, fast twist that is, to utilize all the higher BC and heavier .224 projectiles.

Still want to see a .50 cal lever action. Henry's are beefy they should be able to shoehorn it in Model 89

I don't think they should sell any 22 caliber rifles in a twist less than 1:9 unless it's a true benchrest rifle. I have been switching all mine over to 1:8 twist and some of my best groups are with light bullets. 1:14 twist has been the downfall of many rifles
