I/ve recently become enamored with double rifles, and education is costly.

Merkel doubles are not set up for red dot sights and getting parts from Recknagel.......forget it.

Near two years ago I ordered a part from Mark @ NECG. What a joke.

JeffH (one of their smiths) took a look at one of my Merkels and said he had an idea. On our initial meeting we discussed what, when where and how. He went to work. I get stoked when someone shows excitement and is enthusiastic about a project.



In less than six months he came up with two adapter plates on which to mount Trijicon RMR's.
