True. The fully integrated rail covering much of the top of the action is going to stainless steel like the rest of the action. That's probably +5 oz over an aluminum rail. Add in the full bolt knob, oversized shroud, etc and it totals up.

Pretty cool action for a heavy sporter though...60 deg bolt lift, integrated lug/rail, prefits to an existing group of prefits, stainless, nitride coated.....that's a lot for the price.

They announced this LAST SHOT show (2022). Is this even out yet??

The link in the OP has a live "Add To Cart" button and you can go all the way to the checkout page and pay for it, so I'd say it's out.

They made a good move matching the tenon dimensions of the Zermatt Origin, now it's launching with tons of shouldered prefits floating around out there.

Very interesting. It and the ARC coup de grace should have defiance reconsidering their price jump..

Defiance is off their rocker. Their old prices were hard to justify.

Blind "ADL" magazine compatible?
