I have had an Amex Business card for 25 yrs...if they have a political agenda, I've never heard about it. But, there are some cut rate gas stations occasionally that don't accept it. I went one time to a heavy equipment auction, called Amex customer line....how much can I put on my card today? How much do you need? Don't know it's an auction. They doubled the limit in one 3 minute phone call. Also, a small point, every time I called them, it was a full on English speaking agent...no ebonics or dot head nonsense.
Well this is a fine pickle we're in, should'a listened to Joe McCarthy and George Orwell I guess.

Get a no fee card and pay it off every month. They will not really have any of your money to spend on causes. We've got the same credit union VISA we've had for decades. I would not overthink this.

I have a Costco card that I believe is Citi. What is it that they did? I kind of like the $4-$500 check I get from them each year.

Discover has treated me right. I’ve never found a reason to search out their politics.

Keeping up with politics and who donates to who is a hopeless task.

I have a Sam's Club MC, use it to by discounted gas at Sam's club and our weekly night out. Cash back on everything. Got about $450 back in Jan for my yearly purchases. No fee's.

The local supplier.. Citibank for instance has little to do with your card. You're dealing with Visa, Mastercard or someone big. Those guys don't care much about politics unless it impedes on their ability to make as much money off you as possible.
