But didn't want to get too close. I think it's out there, though may actually be a bit to the left. Sun sometimes has to be hitting the stadium just right.

Traffic is mostly nuts today between the NFL and golf tournament. But it was pretty lonely on top of South Mountain early this AM, wind was whipping pretty good.

Map shows it as "National Trail Lookout". I refer to it as "The stone thing near the top of the hill". It's pretty close to where the National/Maricopa Trail leaves the road to the south.

Dobbins is way further out to the east near the end of the road.
