Used some not so rusty and wasted away
Gallon galvanized bucket too
What about real homemade lye soap ?

I just last summer bought another one for the remote cabin. Old one leaks. New one is about half the weight, and poor quality. All I could find tho.
We like to put it on the wood stove about half filled with water, for on-demand hot water . Take that, Renai!
For baths, we have an elongated one to use inside if the skeeters are real bad, otherwise for showers we use a solar-heat bag, hung from a limb outside, filled from the tub on the stove.
The only true cost of having a dog is its death.

But have taken bird baths out of steel pot helmets, various pans, hell even hooligan tool busted open water pipes at a munitions plant outside of Karbala.
Nuts, butts, pits, and face....
Not in that order of course,,,, face is always 1st.
Never done the full blown cowboy wash tub deal.
But if I did I would make sure my 6 guns were under water too.
Cause you never know when a bad guy is gonna try to get you!!!!
