I was switching the micrometer units in my Redding #3BR measure, and making sure that all of the pistol powder was cleared out, when I heard a small part hit the concrete floor. I immediately knew that it was one of the small screws that holds the powder reservoir on.
After some considerable time looking for it, I went to the garage for a magnet, then spent more time looking for something that obviously found it's way to an alternate dimension.
I went to the Redding website to look for replacement parts, and couldn't find them, so left an email with customer service.
I just checked my email and they are sending out a couple of new screws no charge.
I can't see how you can beat that kind of service!
Great products, and great company to deal with.
Think. It's not illegal, yet.

I've been treated wonderfully by those folks, as well. Very knowledgeable people, also.

RCBS and Dillon have gone above and beyond for me even when I was at fault and told them so.

Having the same Redding measure
The set screws just weren't holding the reservoir on tightly any more
Grabbed a roll of metal duct tape and made a single wrap around the bottom
Worked perfect......no more wobble !

I think their dies are the best around. Just ordered a set of Premium Deluxe dies for my next rifle.

Bringing this back up, got a package from Redding today. Got a catalog, the screw needed, and two spares. Only four days after contacting them. No charge.

Redding has been helpful and gracious every time I have contacted them about a needed part or whatever over the years - and usually send the small replacements free of charge. How can that be in this day and age? When M and I were on that Mohome drive up through NY and New England last autumn, I took a slight detour to Cortland just to see the place and drop in to say thanks.

Redding helped write the book on customer service. Five stars from me on the few times I've needed CS.

Same here...I have received good information and help when I asked about their bullet seating stems. I am a long time satisfied customer. Thanks, Redding employees!
