I have to go to DFW today, but there is some strange document at Jerry Davis's office which I will try to look at tomorrow. Of course, there isn't any money, and, unless DFC forwards money to help pay legal expenses or to cover the bet with legal expenses to be deducted from the winner's money, as I've said all along, I'm not going any further, since only one of us is a fool and I don't think it is me. Monopoly money doesn't count.

Don't see where that leads anywhere besides he sold a coin for more than the declared value of your posted items.

You know full well you can't change the terms of the bet after the fact. That is stated in the documents. Why don't you just PM me and we can work this out.

Isn't it funny, though he's been asked numerous times for a Yes/No answer, he always responds with quotes from prior posts that sometimes do and sometimes don't have relevance to the bet, yet never answer the question clearly?

The bet is simple: if IIFID can prove he sold a gold coin for more than $94,700 (we've been rounding that to $95K), he wins. If not, he loses.

Since I know he won't answer this simple question with a Yes or No, i'll ask again just for giggles:

My "bet" is that he won't answer Yes or No. That would take away his ability to weasel.

#181531 was when you were arguing with Big Sky. You had just shown us a ton of pictures of your toys, and then, to make sure we were suitably impressed, you said "by the way, this stuff is worth big bucks, and it's only a fraction of my toys."



#181852 was posted nearly a day later, and was in responce to #181773, where you say several people are full of hot air, for not posting pictures of their toys.

As stated before, I believe the Devil is in the details. I'm sure DFC worded the contract in such a way to ensure CAT cannot win.

I take will be that 1. CAT will have to prove that he sold the coin for more than $94.7K 2. CAT owned the coin. 3. The coin was part a of set!! & 4. The proceeds from the coin actually went to a ranch purchase. DFC always quotes #3&4 when he quotes CAT.

DFC may very well win if he puts so many loopholes in the "contract" that CAT cannot overcome all of them. If DFC wasn't such a shallow pussy, he would just say ... prove you sold the coin in question for more than the stated amount (PERIOD). But the squat to pee that he is will put all these restrictions that will make it impossible for CAT to win. Wait and see.

Everyday at work Iam surrounded by inmates that are doing time for violent home invasions..It makes me wonder why they hell anybody would want to post on a public board how much money and possesions they keep in their house.
Three hundred thousand inmates will be released from federal,state,and county correctional institutions this year..One of the top five crimes is home invasion resulting in serious injury,kidnap,and death of the victim.

You're right. Not smart at all. Dan should know better. After all he claims to have found all about IIFID in just a couple hours.

It is a real eye opener when you sit down and read an inmates d.o.c jacket. and know that he will be out of prison one day.
