Kali's will have a fruit or a nut in the governors office soon. Who ever he is it will be an improvement on what's there now.

Just went out to the pickup to get another Bud, and all of a sudden, it hit me. Awhile ago, when I called Dan, Frankie, he thought I was trying to guess what his name was. That's why he said: "Sorry, no gonna work."

No, no, bro. You've got to understand. I couldn't care less, what your name is. Let me put your mind at rest, I could not care any less. (hey, I'm a poet)

This kinda shows you're not reading the thread very closely, Dan. You think it's EASY writing this crap? You try holding down a 40 hour a week, and having to come home and keep up with this sh:t! You think it's EASY? Well, DO YA?

Frankie was a character in the book, Slaughter House Five. We talked about that pages ago, Dan. Somthing wrong with your reading skills? Short term memmory? Please, try to keep up.

Yeah, things don't look good for Davis. We could still go from the frying pan to the fire, though.

I know, I know. But, now that you do know my name, what's next my weight? LOL. I know what you mean about the 40 hours a week. I worked once for a while when I was young. Didn't like it then and probably wouldn't like it now. My typing skills have picked up nicely sence/sense we started this little p:ssing match. Anyway what do you do for the money you waste?

About 250 people running for CA gov. Cost $35, and you need 65, signatures of people who would vote for you to run. Thought about running myself, but there ain't 65 people who like me enough to vote for me.

I'd like to run, but don't live in Kali. I'll bet I could think of some real sh:tty things to say about the others that are running. I wouldn't win but I'd have a damn good time. I do business with a bunch of poor souls in Kali. A strange thing is happening there. No one seems to give a damn who wins, at least the people I talk to daily. I don't have to pay taxes there so I don't have a dog in that fight.

Charlie,

I wouldn't be suprised if you ignore this post. I fully realize you are not accountable to me, nor do I expect my position to influence you in the least. Reagrdless of all that, I am pleased you are back in the game. While it doesn't yet shed any new light on the final outcome of this bet, it means something to me that you are willing to prove your word. I would have preferred it if you were the one to take the risk with the intial legal fees, but I suppose the reason you have achieved what you have financially is by knowing when to use your money and when to use somebody else's. Besides, my preference there is nothing more than quibble anyway.

Just so the record is straight, my intial "belief" in this was that you had indeed sold the coin, and I was puzzled as to why Dan would bet so much on a losing proposition. After Dan sent the papers and you confirmed that, I fully expected you look at his terms and either reject them and end the bet due to unresolvable differences in how to proceed, or you'd accept the terms, put up the money, show proof of the sale, and win whether or not you collected.

I was very surprised when you backed away and gave the appearance of folding, over the issue of a small legal fee. That seemed so out-of-character with how you portray yourself in your posts, and went against the very limited personal dealings I've had with you.

So now I guess I am again leaning toward you being willing and able to prove the sale, but I am very curious as to what Dan has researched and learned that would make him so confident in his position. Reagrdless, like I have posted before, what I believe here is irrelevant, the only thing that counts is what can be proved.

Dan,

Charlie says he's willing to donate any net winnings to the NRA. What about you? Are you game for making an NRA donation out of your net winnings?

$3,500. If a candidate wishes to submit signatures in lieu of paying the filing fee, he or she must submit 10,000 signatures of registered voters.

I have some generic questions related to this scenario.

How common is it for gold coins to sell for $100K and up?

What do attorneys usually charge for handling affairs such as this one?

Would the sale of a gold coin for over $100K be in the public record?

How would one find out about another person's amount of wealth? Is that kind of information readily available?

I have no doubt, you could come up with all kinds of nasty stuff to say about the people running. No doubt at all.

You already gave us your hight and weight awhile back, hell, we have a picture of you. Want to post your SS number? We're getting quite a little file on you Frankie. We know that's not your real name too. We know you're not fool enough to post your real name on the net in the middle of a pissing match. Some of us take this crap very seriously.

Blaine, with all due respect for what you're trying to do. I'm not in the game at present. I did what I said I would and nothing happened, other than a lot of insults and BS. I really don't want to start up the process again. I thought it was a put up or shut up deal, so I put up. I'm no longer interested in this mess. I spent $18.00 to FedEx the 2 checks to my attorney, and he sent them back today at my expense, if my math is any good that's $36.00, I'm not complaining about the cost, just telling you why I'm not playing again. Maybe you and I can get one going someday and I will give my winnings and your loss's to the NRA. LOL

Have a good one.

The only question I know for sure is the wealth question. You ask your attorney to run a check on the target for a possible suit against him. He will contact a company that specializes in that field and they will check his credit report, then his property taxes and all court records. And sources even I don't know about. You will learn more than you would believe in 24 hours. LOL
