LoneEagle,
Probably right that Savage has not built the 458 Win Mag in left-hand as a production rifle. Would have to check their custom shop. The custom shop has built a lot of non-catalog items in left-hand for a little extra money.

There were some good suggestions here but no one mentioned the Blaser R93 which can be had in lefty in .375 H&H and .416 Rem. Additionally, it can be had in any of the Turkish walnut models from the Prestige to the Attache' or in a synthetic stock. The .375 comes either way in either a 26" barrel without sights or in a safare style barrel, 24" long with Blaser proprietary sights, very sturdy and adjustable. The .416 comes only in the safari style with the same open sights. The safari style in either caliber requires the safari style synthetic stock or in the walnut models, the safari forend due the heavier profile barrels. Prices vary according to the model and style you would choose. Anecdotally, I've read some good reports of the Blaser in Africa and of course the R93 has a ten year track record in Europe.

I have a LH Blaser S2 double Safari grade in 375 H&H. It's available with ammo.

Not sure if ruger is still making them but I bought my dad a Ruger 375RUGER a few years ago for our Cape buffalo hunt. It shoots extremely well with 270TSX.

I've never bothered to ask if the DG I've shot is left handed (hoofed?). Shoot first and ask questions later.😁
